Refund policy

Every Peopled Out Co. piece is printed or embroidered to order just for you, so we can't accept returns or exchanges for change of mind or the wrong size. Please check the size chart on each product page before you order (most people wear their usual size; size up for an oversized fit).

 

If something arrives misprinted, defective or damaged, we'll make it right with a free replacement or a full refund. Email us at elhastbusiness@gmail.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue, and we'll take care of it. You won't need to send the item back.

 

If your order is lost in transit or the address on the shipping label doesn't match the one you entered at checkout, contact us and we'll reship it at no cost.

 

You can cancel an order within 12 hours of placing it, before it goes into production. Refunds go back to your original payment method, usually within 5-10 business days.
