Shipping policy

We ship to addresses in the United States.

Shipping rates: free standard shipping on orders of $35 or more. Orders under $35 ship for a flat $4.95.

Timing: every item is printed or embroidered to order, which takes about 2-5 business days. Standard delivery then takes about 3-5 business days, so most orders arrive within 5-10 business days of being placed. Holiday weeks can add a few days, so order early for gifts.

You'll get an email with tracking as soon as your order ships. Items from the same order are sometimes made by different print partners and may arrive in separate packages.

Please double-check your address at checkout. If a package is returned because of an incorrect address, we can reship it once you cover the new shipping cost. Questions? Email elhastbusiness@gmail.com.
